I understand that sometimes you also just need a little help to get back motivated and into the ‘habit’ of exercise. I work on helping you develop a fitness routine that fits into your life, matches your current fitness level, but is also challenging and motivating!
I also work with many athletes recovering from injury and am happy to liase with physiotherapists to make sure you are doing exercises properly and help you progress to the next level of your training.
I focus on a whole body work out, combing cardiovascular exercises alongside bodyweight and strength exercises. I am passionate about doing exercises properly and with good form- quality over quantity every time!
We can work wherever fits in with your schedule, living in one of the most beautiful places on Earth I like to incorporate the outside into our training sessions as much as possible, using both the scenery and the natural terrain to inspire us to work hard and its not hard to feel invigorated when you have completed a session seeing the sunrise over the mountains!
Many clients like to have a weekly or monthly personal training plan alongside a running plan as this helps them remain focused, make sure they are getting the best out of their time and completing their strength and conditioning exercises. This is a great option if you are training for a specific event or working towards a specific goal.
